Book a four-hour session with a qualified butcher who will work with you to meet your specific processing needs. Cleaning, breaking quarters, and cutting a premium selection of steaks & roasts at your location using personal knives and PPE. Grinding, wrapping, mixing, and stuffing services are also available to complete the job with your own equipment. We recommend four hours per 400 pounds of hanging weight. Times to completion will vary based on the condition of the meat and the complexity of the work order.
